1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to everyone who visits arabiaen.com and to everyone issued access to AEC Nexus. Using either means accepting them. If you hold platform access under a separate written agreement and it conflicts with these terms, that agreement takes precedence.

2. The public site is information, not an offer

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, interest or asset, and nothing on it is investment, legal, tax or technical advice. Reserves, resources, production and valuation figures shown publicly are estimates prepared for corporate reporting. They involve judgement about matters that are inherently uncertain, and actual results will differ.

3. Forward-looking statements

Statements about future production, development plans, acquisitions, costs, capital or emissions are forward-looking. They rest on assumptions about prices, subsurface performance, fiscal terms, regulatory approvals and access to capital, any of which may prove wrong. We undertake no obligation to update them except where required by law.

4. Platform access

Access to AEC Nexus is issued by an administrator to a named individual. There is no self-registration. Your credentials are personal to you and must not be shared, delegated, or used by anyone else, including a colleague acting on your behalf.

You must:

• Enrol and keep an authenticator; access without one is refused
• Report a suspected compromise of your credentials immediately
• Use the platform only for the company’s business
• Not attempt to reach data or functions your role does not grant you
• Not extract data in bulk except through the platform’s own export features

Access may be suspended immediately and without notice where these terms are breached or where a security concern arises. Suspension revokes every live session at once.

5. Confidentiality

Material in the platform — data room contents, valuations, counterparty terms, capital provider conditions, operating data and everything derived from them — is confidential. Confidentiality obligations continue after your access ends.

6. Analytical output

The valuation, reserves, fiscal, capital and risk engines produce estimates from the inputs given to them. They are decision support, not decisions. Output that carries a warning is telling you something material about its reliability, and that warning must be read before the number is relied on or passed to anyone else.

The fiscal country library holds indicative terms as a starting point. They are not verified contract terms and must never be used in place of the executed agreement for a live transaction.

Features that use artificial intelligence are marked as such. Their output is drafted material that must be reviewed by a competent person before it informs a decision or leaves the company. Where the platform is configured to require review, that requirement is enforced rather than advisory.

7. Intellectual property

The site, the platform, the AEC name and marks, and the content of both are owned by Arabian Energy Company or licensed to it. You may not copy, adapt, reverse engineer or redistribute any of it except as these terms or your engagement expressly permit.

8. Availability

We aim to keep both the site and the platform available, but neither is offered with a guarantee of uninterrupted service. We may suspend either for maintenance, and we may change or withdraw features.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arabian Energy Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated saving, arising from use of the site or the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Third-party material

The site and platform may link to or display material from third parties, including mapping, market data and public registry sources. We do not control that material and are not responsible for it. Where a third party’s licence terms restrict use of their data, those terms apply to you as well.

11. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be dated on this page, and continued use after a change means acceptance. This version is effective 1 July 2026.
